I am so busy this week. I am getting the word out about the fact that I do hair, and I am really growing my client base. Great, but now I have even MORE to do, and my kitchen has to be clean in the process. Also, Marks dad is coming to visit (this happens about every 5 years, or less) and will be staying here, along with Marks brother and my SIL and kids, kids will be staying here. YIPES! It will be crazy fun, I love hanging out with my SIL and all, but I have a LOT to do, including putting together my office, I just kind of moved everything in there without organizing anything. Its just all stacked. YIPES!But I need that room done for his dad. I think 6 am workouts will be the rule this week. So now I gotta get off my butt and get fricken BUSY!

Mark started his new career today.......WOOOO HOO! He looked so cute on his way out the door today, he wouldn't let me take a pic. Black dress pants, royal blue dress shirt and tie. Can we say HOOOOOOTTTTTTTTIE!!! Yummy man!! Can't wait to see the uniform! I'm so proud of him!

There goes my weekend

I know I am such a whiner. I'm just a little...put out, I know its my own stupid attitude, and I will be fine and happy but I just gotta say........

Dang it my stupid brother!!!!!!!! I need to nicer, but OK, I'm still pissed a little. Short background.....He's basically a single dad (because his x-wife is a selfish loser)and he's doing his best, but.......He is going SURFING with his friends and wants me to watch his 3 year old daughter for the weekend (this is happeneing every 6 weeks now). Oh- but he has to catch his flight right after work, so I need to watch her all day friday, and he has to go to work early, so its either bring her over at 5:15 AM tomorrow or tonight to spend the night. He couldn't have planned that a little better?? I feel SO taken advantage of. I make him pay me, just out of principal, and because there would be no trading of babysitting, and its just so he can go screw around and drink. But I still feel guilty, because its family. I KNOW he thinks, "you've got 5, whats one more?" Which seems true, but its NOT!!!! She's not really naughty or anything (usually)but she just gets the boys so hyper, the running, screaming, playing, extra messes, she dosent really like to wear clothes, and I really can't go ANYWHERE with 3 preschoolers. And Mark is out of town, which tanks, and I will have to take her to church (which she needs, I don't mind that) but its just like, I have a lot to do and going on, it just adds MORE. And I feel bad because I let her sleep in Sadie's room, and Sadie gets tired of her after a while. GAAAAAAAAHHHH! I'm finally getting rid of my moms stupid DOG I've been babysitting for 2 weeks and now I get an actual extra kid. CRAP! OH well, nothing I can do but suck it up. Dammit!!!!! I think I need some cleaning therapy.

Which brings me to rant #2. (3 total for the day now, lovely) The DOG!!!!! I am so glad to be getting rid of this dog today. He's a nice dog, he dosent' really bark, he dosent jump (he's too fat) just lays around all day, but its the HAIR. This is the sheddingest dog E V E R!!!! Big GLOBS of hair everywhere. Its aobut 4 inches long and black. I have all light tile and carpet, I sweep it all up (as best as I can)and vacuum, 3 hours later, hair globs everywhere. We brushed him, still hairy. I am gonna have to spend hours cleaning out all the floor areas of all my closets because big clumps of dog hair are in all my closets. its all in the little metal things that hold the closet doors on track. and the baseboards. Any litle drop of sticky liquid that gets on the tile is instantly coagulated with black dog hair. Its about to drive me to madness. I finally gave up yesterday, he's leaving tonight, I'm not gonna waste precious computer time vacuuming dog hair that will just reappear. AAACCCKKK!! Sorry dog people, I just can't jive with the dog thing.

Hee Haw

I'm just hanging out right now on the computer,waiting for my dad to come by to pick up papers and watching Hee Haw on tv. I used to LOVE that show as a kid. I always wanted to be one of those cute ladies with the shirt tied up around the ribs, cut off daisydukes and a straw hat. In fact, I'm pretty sure as a kid(5-7 years old) I used to dress up like that to play because I thought it looked cute. I recall a few times stuffing the shirt for full effect. HA! I can only imagine my parents horror!! In fact, mark said he used to hate that show as a kid when his dad watched it, but the after seeing it again as a teenager realized what it entailed. A-ha!!

Had a very busy day today, another one tomorrow. Mark is on a ride along tonight for cop stuff,(guess he is excited about the new job)and I am just stuck here alone. Actually I am working on a new video of Mark's church youth group waterskiing at the lake last weekend. He took about 30 minutes of video and Im putting it to music so they can watch it tomorrow night. Its turning out cool. Its a little hard to find cool music that has appropriate lyrics. So far I have Beautiful Day U2, RHianna S.O.S, (funny with all the wipeouts)and Hoobastank "If I were You" among others. Anyway i hopethey like it. I'm getting addicted to the video making. (thanks alot, Suz!LOL) So far I've done cruise stuff, the last 2 christmases, Sadie 2006 montage. and the kids2006. Its just too fun!

TOmorrow,,,,,,busy, but the gym is gonna beg for mercy!!!
