Cade Rockwell

Alright I promise this is the last kid! LOL This is my oldest kiddo, Caderoo, Cadester, and Caderboy. My dad says I favor him, but I really don't think thats true. He is very outgoing and smart, he can play the violin well ( he has intonation, which is the natural ablility to hear if the notes are right) but I han't been pushing it lately. He has a great singing voice, but unfortunatly has gotten the tip-off that only boys that are dorks sing in front of strangers. Hopefully he will get over that, because I think with some voice lessons he could do very well. He plays baseball and gets A's in school. Quite a well-rounded kid. LOVES Star Wars and all that fantasy stuff like Lord of the Rings. He got elected student council rep from his class. This kids got MAJOR potential in life. His main conflict in the family right now is that he plays a little rough with the littler kids and so now nobdy wants to play lightsabers or wrestle because they think they will get hurt (and they probably will) So he's not really feeling the love sometimes, but I think as they get older it will work itself out. Of course, he's tease, hes 9!! He LOVES to go work with his dad, because he gets money and he's pretty enthralled with money and what it can get for him. We're working on trying to teach him to save some, but its a challenge. He's such a great kid, really responsible and takes pride in his work and schoolwork. His "friend" situaion is not the best right now, since we moved across town he hasn't really found anybody to be a real best friend. Its been a litle tough. He had great friends in Utah and I think he wants that kind of thing again, I hope someone moves into the area soon or something. We were standing in line a Chick-fil-A the other day and he ordered a chicken sandwich. He says TO THE GUY "No pickles, though. pickles give me Diahrrea" I about died laughing right there (mainly from embarrassment) Funny kid. LOL

Sadie

Here is my little doll, my sweetheart, my princess. She is also known as Sadielady and Baby girl. She is my girl friday. She's 7 going on 20 but in a good way :) She is invited to everything because everyone LOVES her. She is such a sweetie. She wants to dance and sing and has actually come out of her shell in public a couple times to sing. Shes never mean and loves to be "mommy" to the little boys. Its a little alarming though when I hear my exact words with inflection and tone come out of her mouth and I don't like how it sounds! She really keeps me in check. Her favorite thing is for me to take her ANYWHERE with me. Her other highlight is to go on a date with daddy. It about made her week last time. Once she gets talking, good luck getting her to stop. Her latest concern she shared with me was about old people wearing diapers. Why do they do that? Who changes them? I think she was relived to know that they normally don't lay on thier back and lift up their butts for a change. I assured her that its mostly like pull-ups. "But don't pull-ups kind of leak?" LOL "no, I think they get changed way before they'd start to leak" I told her. SUCH a mommy. She emulates me a LOT which is a little scary, its a tough spot to be in. I want her to see the real me, but not pick up any of my bad habits. Its a daunting task, but I have to believe she can be mature enough at some point to sift through the bad stuff and only copy the good stuff. She is SUCH a good girl. I am SO LUCKY to have this girl!!!!

I'm on Buffmother!!!!

I was just browsing around and found my story on Buffmother!!! I didn't win :( but looks like my story is #4 which is great! Sucks that I'm the only one on there in a bikini....I felt wierd seeing myself like that for some reason! LOL Anywho I'm pretty happy with it. Now I need a t-shirt! LOL Oh Dani???? Wheres my Christmas buddy??? LOL I really am dying for one of those t-shirts!

FYI Heres my plan. (wasn't going to post it yet but what the hey) Maintain till Jan 2. Do Ms Fits meltdown and do a real challenge ending in March. I can be to where I want by then. I can't do the irongirl because I am too broke and couldn't afford the entrance fee. :( Yes, I totally suck. Lets not dwell on it. Back to happy thoughts. Cute kids.

Cooper Jones

Cooper is the little scamp. We call him Coop-dog or Coopy. He's the antagonist to this story. :) TOTAL middle child, he has perfected the art of discreet, virtually udetectable pinching of the other kids. And yet, he wouldn't even THINK of going to school without giving me the sweetest kiss on the cheek ( and he puts a little gusto into it)He gives great hugs and his favorite thing to hear is "I'll be thinking about you today" He just beams. He's great at making up funny nicknames for the other kids. (Gusher and Geenie are 2 that have stuck) He causes so much trouble,but like my sister says "I can hardly get mad at him cuz he's so dang good-lookin'!" He loves to wear his hair "spiky". He's another great singer and SUPER smart. He's the best at getting his homework done quickly and can memorize ANYTHING. He's in kindergarten and is already doing subtraction(like 9-4!) and is almost reading. SUCH a smarty! His favorite dinner is either lasagne or mashed potatoes and gravy. How can you not be in love with a face like this??
